I offer handcrafted, organic products designed to support your daily self-care—from deeply nourishing moisturizers like lotion bars, anti-aging cream, nail conditioning serum, and cuticle cream, to soothing pain relief and gentle bath essentials like deodorant and foaming hand wash. Each product is thoughtfully made with quality ingredients to provide effective, natural care you can feel good about using every day. My goal is to offer simple, reliable solutions that help you feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in your skin.

Your skin is your body’s largest organ, and what you put on it matters—what’s absorbed doesn’t just stay on the surface, it becomes part of your overall well-being. Caring for your body goes beyond what you eat; it’s also about choosing products made with ingredients you trust, so you can nourish your skin safely and naturally every day.

Sagebrush Botanicals started with a simple idea: to create natural body-care products using ingredients I could feel good about.

After moving to rural Colorado, I became more interested in natural living and making things myself. One of the first products I make was a lotion bar using coconut oil, beeswax, shea butter, and essential oils. I shared them with others, and the response encouraged me to keep experimenting and creating.

Before long, one product turned into several, and several turned into the wide variety I offer today. My collection now includes lotion bars, balms and salves, skin and facial care, aromatherapy products, deodorant, foaming hand wash, seasonal products, and much more. Some of the products I’ve added over the years have come about because someone asked, “Can you make something for...?”

Everything is still handcrafted by me in small batches in rural Colorado. I use ingredients such as coconut, olive, almond, and jojoba oils, beeswax, plant butters, herbs, vitamin E, and pure essential oils. I prefer uncomplicated formulas and avoid unnecessary artificial ingredients and preservatives.

Despite the name, none of my products contain sagebrush!

Choosing a name for the business turned out to be harder than creating the products. Nearly every name I came up with was already taken or too similar to another business. There’s a road near our home called Sagebrush, so one day I checked whether Sagebrush Botanicals was available. It was—and so I becamse Sagebrush Botanicals.

What began as a hobby has grown into something I never really anticipated. I’ve met wonderful people through craft fairs, local businesses, networking meetings, repeat customers, and it’s especially rewarding when someone comes back to tell me how much they enjoy a product.

As Sagebrush Botanicals continues to grow, I’m now focusing more on making my products available through local Colorado stores and businesses, as well as through my website. But I have no desire to turn it into a mass-produced product line.
